How to play

Everyone builds a palace: three BLIND cards face-down, three FACE-UP cards on top of them, and three in hand — before play you may swap hand cards with your face-up cards. Left of the dealer starts.

On your turn play one or more cards of ONE rank onto the pile — equal or higher than the top card — or, if nothing goes, pick the whole pile up into your hand.

A 2 plays on anything and resets the pile; a 10 plays on anything and BURNS the pile out of the game (and you play again) — completing four of a kind on top burns it too. Aces are high, 3s low.

While the stock lasts, draw back up to three hand cards at the end of your turn. Once your hand and the stock are empty you play from your face-up row, and when that is gone you flip one blind card per turn — if it can't play, you take the pile plus the flip.

The first player to shed hand, face-up and blind cards wins, and the game ends right there — first out wins.
