President

How to play

The whole deck is dealt out and the holder of the 3♣ leads. On your turn play a set — one, two, three, or four cards of one rank — that beats the pile (the same number of cards of a higher rank, with 2s highest), or pass.

When everyone passes, the last to play wins the pile, clears it, and leads again. The first to empty their hand is the President, the next the Vice-President, … and the last one stuck with cards is the Scum.

From the next hand on, the Scum hands the President their two best cards and the President gives two back. Score by finishing place each hand; first to the target wins.
