Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. The game is free to play
You may play Jambolaya in your browser at jambolaya.games, for personal enjoyment, at no charge. We may change or withdraw the browser edition at any time.
2. Ownership
Jambolaya — its source code, compiled binaries, game logic, artwork, icons, sounds, music, text and the name itself — is the property of the Jambolaya team and is protected by copyright. Playing the game does not transfer any ownership or licence beyond the right to play it here.
3. What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, download, extract or redistribute the game's program files, including its WebAssembly modules, assemblies, assets or data files;
- re-host, mirror, embed, repackage or republish the game, in whole or in part, on any other site, service, app store or platform;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the game, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice;
- use the game or any part of it in another product, commercial or otherwise;
- use automated means to access the site in a way that burdens or disrupts it, or interfere with the advertising the site depends on.
4. Your feedback
If you send us a suggestion, bug report or idea, we may use it to improve Jambolaya without obligation or payment to you. You keep the right to use your own idea yourself.
5. No warranty
The browser edition is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device. It is a game, and playing it is at your own risk.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
